Processing: Orders are prepared within 3–5 business days, including payment/COD verification, inventory checking, quality inspection, packing, and shipping-label preparation.

Courier Delivery: After processing, THICC hands your parcel to the selected courier. Tracking starts once the parcel is scanned by the courier.

Estimated J&T Delivery Times

  • Luzon: 1–3 working days

  • Visayas: 3–7 working days

  • Mindanao: 5–7 working days

  • Island areas: 5–7 working days
